Ra\u010cice u naselju Svinca, i to slijede\u0107ih poslovnih prostora:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt;\">175,65m2 poslovnogprostoraunutar prizemlja Mjesnog doma Svincaza potrebe obavljanja djelatnosti proizvodnje proizvoda od metala osim strojeva i opreme, na rok od 10 godina.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">50,00 m2<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> poslovnog prostora na katu Mjesnog doma Svinca, za potrebe obavljanja trgova\u010cke djelatnostiza potrebe obavljanja djelatnosti proizvodnje proizvoda od metala osim strojeva i opreme, na rok od 10 godina.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt;\">Po\u010detna cijena zakupa je 13,50 kuna po metru \u010cetvornom mjese\u010dno odnosno:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt;\">2.371,28kuna mjese\u010cno za 175,65 m2 prostora\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">i\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt;\">675,00 kuna mjese\u010cno za 50 m2 prostora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: small;\">Pravo na natjecanje imaju za poslovni prostor podI. 1. imanjusve pravne i\u00a0fizi\u010dke\u00a0osobe registrirane za obavljanje djelatnosti proizvodnje proizvoda od metala, osim strojeva i opreme, koje su uplatile\u00a0jam\u010devinu\u00a0u iznosu od 6.000,00 kuna u korist \u017diro\u00a0ra\u010duna\u00a0Op\u0107ine Marina 2340009-1825800001 poziv na broj odobrenja 245738- OIBs naznakom \u201eJAM\u010cEVINA ZA ZAKUP POSLOVNOG PROSTORA\u201c i koje na sebe preuzmu obvezu finaciranja ure\u0111enja Mjesnog doma Svinca u iznosu od 60.000,00 kuna sa PDv-om prema naknadno utvr\u0111enom tro\u0161kovniku, a koji \u0107e se iznos prebiti s\u00a0mjese\u010dnim\u00a0tro\u0161kovima najamnine..<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; font-size: 10pt;\">Prije sklapanja Ugovora o zakupu za prostorpodI.1., izabraniponuditelj ima obvezu dostavljanjaovjerene zadu\u017enice ili mjenice u iznosu od 60.000,00 kuna kao garanciju pla\u0107anja predmetne zakupnine i kao garanciju provedbe izvr\u0161enja obveze ure\u0111enja Mjesnog doma Svinca.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt;\">Prije sklapanja Ugovora o zakupu za prostorpodI.2., izabraniponuditelj ima obvezu dostavljanjaovjerene zadu\u017enice ili mjenice u iznosu od 10.000,00 kuna kao garanciju pla\u0107anja predmetne zakupnine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt;\">Rok pla\u0107anje zakupnine je svakog 5-og u mjesecu za teku\u0107i mjesec.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt;\">Izabrani ponuditelj ako ne zaklju\u010di ugovor o zakupuu roku iz to\u010dke 9. ovog natje\u010daja gubi pravo napovrat upla\u0107ene jam\u010devine.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;\"><span><span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: small;\">Ostali odnosi izme\u0111u Op\u0107ine Marina kao zakupodavca i izabranog ponuditelja uredit \u0107e se u skladu\u00a0sa Odlukom\u00a0o zakupu poslovnog prostora u vlasni\u0161tvu Op\u0107ine Marina (Slu\u017ebeni glasnik Op\u0107ine Marina br. 11\/11).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0O<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 10pt;\">dluku o izboru najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja donosi Op\u0107inski na\u010delnik o \u010demu \u0107e se obavijestiti podnositelji ponuda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';
